A lifelong resident of the area, Densie is married with two grown children and one grandchild. She has always enjoyed the outdoors and working in the yard and crafting. After seeing the positive impact The Discovery Center Preschool Program had on her grandchild, she got the opportunity to volunteer. Prior to COVID 19 she spent time doing exercises and play time with the preschool classes. Since the pandemic she has volunteered in the Story Garden and anywhere she is needed.
Denise wishes to thank all of the employees and volunteers who make the DC such a great community asset. And, we wish to thank HER for the many hours dedicated to The Discovery Center!
