While you’re in the lobby, take note of the beautiful Christmas tree decorated by the Junior League in celebration of their 90th anniversary and their 2023 initiative of tackling local food insufficiency. The Discovery Center was the original brainchild of the Junior League in 1982 and brought this idea to fruition when the Discovery Center opened its doors in 1984. Thank you, Junior League!
