The Discovery Center will be open for extended hours during the Winter Break from 11AM – 3PM. Each day there will be extra activities to enjoy as you explore and play.
December 28 – Can you tell what wildlife has visited around your yard? Check out our animal footprints to see if you can identify them.
December 29 – Why does ice float? Learn why as you watch our “Sink or Float” demonstration!
December 30 – It’s all about snowflakes! Learn about our winter precipitation and make a snowflake craft to take home.
December 31 – Happy New Year! We can’t wait for 2021 to get here. Celebrate the new year around the globe and learn the traditions and customs of other countries.
The Museum will be CLOSED on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
