We are so pleased to have Abigail Glattman interning with us this semester! Abigail is a senior at Binghamton University. She chose to be a Human Development major and a Spanish minor as the curriculum for both aligned with her passions of learning new languages to be able to communicate with different people while also meeting new people, and helping others. Her post graduation plan is to attend law school next fall.
When the time came to decide on a site for her final semester internship, she looked for a place that would help improve the skills needed for law school as well as a place whose mission stood out to her. After researching The Discovery Center, the idea of encouraging education and skills beyond a traditional classroom setting using interactive measures fascinated her. When Abigail volunteered at
