The Discovery Center was recently awarded a total of $50,000 in grants from the New York State Council on the Arts; $40,000 designated for general organizational support and $10,000 designated to support artist Niki Wales creating murals and backdrops for exhibitions in the Museum. The Discovery Center is dedicated to ensuring children have a wide-range of learning experiences with visual and performing arts. The support we receive through NYSCA ensures these experiences are available for children and families throughout our community.
Due to the weather, The Discovery Center is closed Friday, November 22, 2024.
