Girl Scout Mercedes Stiner built an education cart that will be used in our 3-4 year old inclusion classroom run in partnership with Helping Celebrate Abilities (HCA). The cart was Mercedes’ Gold Award project, the highest achievement within Girl Scouts. She visited the Discovery Center on February 8 to present the cart as a gift to the Museum and gave an instructional presentation on its use.
Due to the weather, The Discovery Center is closed Friday, November 22, 2024.
