Do you wonder which books are wonderful to read with your children and grandchildren? Do you wonder how to use books with your children to expand learning, raise curiosity and increase language? If you are a member of The Discovery Center, you can join us for a monthly virtual book club!

Together on Zoom, we will talk about the book and share ways to use the book with children. Our first featured book is Thursday, November 18, at 7:30 PM. Take time to read the book or listen to the book and be ready to share your thinking!

This month’s book is Maybe Something Beautiful by Isabel Campoy and Theresa Howell. Join The Discovery Center’s Executive Director, Dr. Brenda Myers and Volunteer Coordinator, Mary Kay Roland as they lead a discussion on how families can enhance their reading experience.

There is no charge but you do need to register. Once you are registered, you will be sent the zoom video conferencing link. The first group is limited to 24 participants. We will start a wait list and if there is enough interest, we will schedule another book club date.
