The Discovery Center Interns from Binghamton University

Welcome Our Interns from Binghamton University

The Discovery Center is happy to welcome three new interns from Binghamton University’s Human Development Program this semester! We know they will accomplish wonderful things in their careers and are happy to be part of their stories.

Alexa Goldfarb is working alongside Community Outreach Coordinator, Kelly Fancher, with a focus on fundraising development. She is ecstatic to concentrate on fundraiser initiatives and build relationships with other staff and volunteers.

Brittney Carlantone is working with Education Director, Kristy Wales, to implement new student assessment procedures and assisting with other administration duties. Brittney is from Hopewell, NY and her experience in Behavior Analysis has helped foster a passion for working with children and learning more about the work that goes into facilitating self-discovery through education and play.

Jennifer Caruso is working alongside Arts, Culture and Education Coordinator, Jessica Locke. Jennifer says she “couldn’t be more happy with my choice to intern at The Discovery Center as those around me are very welcoming, supportive, and give the opportunity to get involved in aspects of the center that highlight my interests.”
