Celebrate Presidents’ Day at The Discovery Center as we honor a historic milestone: 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence! This special event invites kids and families to step back in time and explore the lives of our nation’s presidents and Founding Fathers through creative crafts, hands-on activities, and fascinating historical discovery. It’s a wonderful opportunity to spark curiosity about the leaders who shaped our country while experiencing history in a playful, interactive environment designed for all ages.

The patriotic fun continues with a high-energy Music and Movement session led by the wonderful Miss Rochelle! Children are invited to march, move, and sing along to the classic American tune “Yankee Doodle,” complete with some “macaroni” fun along the way. Little patriots will be encouraged to mind their music and their steps as we celebrate the holiday through joyful rhythm and community cheer. Come laugh, learn, and play with us as we celebrate the people and ideas that built our nation!

Activities are 11AM-1PM, free with Museum admission.
