As part of Broome County Art Council’s First Friday on March 3, 2023, The Discovery Center will host an art exhibit created by The Creative Hive inspired by American artist, Georgia O’Keeffe. This exhibit will also showcase former works from Newark Valley Elementary Students to celebrate our “Queen Bee” theme. Admission is free from 4-7PM thanks to Greenlight Networks.

The Creative Hive is a new art space, opened in September 2021, in Binghamton dedicated to educating and uplifting our youth. The studio currently offers weekly group classes in visual arts and music. Private lessons are also available for visual arts.
